I had an amazing experience at Sandwirth! The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and well-designed room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

I liked that you felt that you got a lot for what you pay. The room was very nice, and the welcome message on your tv screen when you come in was a nice touch as well.

I didn't like that internet was advertised in the room - yet it was only available through an ethernet cord. If you advertise yourself as a "business" hotel, it seems you should have wireless internet capabilities.

The hotel is lovely and welcoming, with efficient staff at the reception desk. The breakfast is incredible with a huge assortment, including vegan options and a variety of teas to choose from.

Had a pleasant stay on vacation with excellent staff and an amazing location in the central district of Klagenfurt. the breakfast was perfect, and the overall food was healthy. - the hotel was near a supermarket and bus station, with all restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance.

We thought the hotel was attractive, comfortable and of excellent design. The Sunday Brunch was most enjoyable and we highly recommend it for both quality, value and atmosphere. Our only criticism was the shower in the bath as there was no anti-slip mat and it was quite dangerously slippery when showering. The towels could have been slightly larger and thicker. Being in a central position we found the shops easily enough but were pleased also to find trees and parkland to walk in. We rate the hotel very highly and will definitely return there but for a holiday on which to explore Klagenfurt and its surroundings. Charles & Josephine Pugh

Sandwirth was an excellent hotel with a special atmosphere of comfort and friendliness. the staff were helpful and welcoming from check, in. the rooms were spacious and well, designed, with a great bathroom and high, quality toiletries. The location was perfect, right in the center of Klagenfurt. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

Great location to downtown. Very clean and large rooms for price. Having spent 4 weeks all over Europe, I would stay here again for sure. Good value for money.

The room its self was large and nice and had body cream and shampoo in the bathroom the reception staff were very pleasant,

Leaving was the best bit, as there was no air con, and the room was boiling all the time that was with two fans on and both windows open (which by the way you have to hire the fans!!) also the pillows on the beds were awful so uncomfortable,

We really enjoyed the breakfast with a huge assortment including vegan and real tea and found it to be delicious and perfect.

This hotel is located in an excellent spot for those who want to explore the city. It is situated in the center of the town, making everything easy to access. Furthermore, it’s located on the Kreutzbergl hill which offers fantastic views. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and guests can enjoy breakfast on the lovely roof terrace.

One area that the hotel could improve is the air conditioning system. During hot weather, the air conditioning system seemed to struggle to provide adequate cooling.
